Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If it is a mistake on our end , we will offer an exchange of the product ONLY if the product is not damaged, worn, and returned in the original condition.

How to maintain Sa'Shei's Hair Collection?
Shampoo and condition the hair at least 2-3 weeks. It is best to squeeze the excess water and allow the hair to air dry. Avoid products with alcohol and sulfate. We do recommend to use water based products to moisturize the hair.

Can I bleach and/or dye Sa'Shei's Hair Collection?
Yes! Our hair can be colored and/or bleached. Also be sure to keep colored hair treated, conditioned, and moisturized.

How long will the hair last?
With proper hair maintenance 2-3 years. Remember it is also determined by how well you take care of the hair. Color and/or excessive heat can result in the reduction of the natural pattern of the hair.

Does the hair shed?
It is normal for hair to shed a few strands here and there, but our luxury hair extensions is entitled to have minimum shedding. To prevent any shedding, we recommended upon installation, you stitch around the weft instead of through the weft. Proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
