All items are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Processing time for all orders are 1-3 days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. United States orders allow 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered. (Excluding holidays and Sundays)

Overnight shipping is $45 and is not eligible for customized wig frontal units.
We do offer insurance on our packages as requested. Please reach out prior to ordering to request insurance. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address, unit number, apt number, or suite number.
International orders allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered (Excluding US Holidays and Sundays).
Return and Exchange Policy
We do not offer any returns. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If it is a mistake on our end , we will offer an exchange of the product ONLY if the product is not damaged, worn, and returned in the original condition.

Order Authorization
To prevent our company and customers, we will require an ID verification for all medium and high risk fraudulent alert orders. The name must match the name on the order and ID.

We take full responsibility for any lost items. We will refund you for any mistakes in address on our behalf. Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for packages that are lost by shipping address if we provided the correct address. Be sure to include any apartment, suite, unit number.
